All this is the preamble to what’s next for Roey – working 24/7 (24 hours / week; 7 months / year) on “MORE THAN MONEY” - helping families protect and preserve their values and valuables while mitigating the potential damage to heirs that massive wealth can produce.

Roey’s “More Than Money” (MTM) mission will be achieved through More Than Money  Family Office, LLC which is comprised of four components;

  • Argonne Trust Company, Inc. - a South Dakota Division of Banking public trust company created to provide families a structure to perpetuate family values, in perpetuity.

Becoming a “legacy” family has never been more achievable thanks to Roey’s pioneering technology. This platform is available to qualified advisors who desire to go beyond merely helping clients make more money.

distanced families.

Over the years, Shawn has guided numerous families to improve meaningful

Law Career
Shawn attained his law degree from the University of Baltimore. While there, he joined a downtown law firm, and
upon passing the Maryland Bar Exam in 2000, Shawn opened a private firm of his own serving successful families and
businesses. During this time, he began drafting sophisticated business and estate documents.

Entrepreneur
Shawn expanded his offerings and co-founded Premier Planning Group in 2002. With several offices on the East
Coast, the independent financial advisory firm grew to 76 registered representatives from Naples, FL to Baltimore, MD
with over 200 insurance brokers. In 2007, Shawn divested his interest in Premier Planning Group.

MTM360℠
Equipped as an experienced entrepreneur, Shawn founded Aspida360® in 2007, naming this firm in honor of his
Spartan-born grandfather. “Aspida” is the Greek word for “shield”, which the Spartan warriors deemed their most
valuable weapon. Why? It protected them to fight for their family another day just as Aspida360® protects our clients
to fight for, and thrive, another generation.

John A. Warnick, Esq.

For almost eleven years John A. was a partner with a large law firm headquartered in the Western U.S., where he chaired that firm’s Private Client Service Group. In early 2010 Mr. Warnick left that firm to launch the Law Office of John A. Warnick.   Mr. Warnick’s law practice focuses on what he calls Purposeful Trusts and Purposeful Planning.   His Seven Keys of Purposeful Trusts and Six Paradigms of Purposeful Planning are revolutionizing the way estate plans are designed and implemented. These concepts ensure that the impact of the family’s affluence will be a positive force in the lives of the rising generations.

Mr. Warnick, whose family, friends and clients know him as “John A”, emphasizes multi-generational trust and tax planning in his law practice. Mr. Warnick balances his enthusiasm for tax savings with insightful questions which insure the planning is congruent with the client’s vision and values.

At The Law Office of John A. Warnick our vision of estate planning differs from the traditional model of collecting data and creating form documents. Instead of a traditional set of cold, brittle, and generic legal documents, devoid of love, appreciation, wisdom, and thoughtful counsel, Purposeful Planning leverages the client’s life story and wisdom. It transforms the sterility of legal documents by capturing the client’s voice, vision and purposes. The result is so powerful it often produces tears at the signing ceremony as the client realizes how positively their influence and legacy will be felt 20, 50 or 100 years into the future.

John A is the founder of the Purposeful Planning Institute (“PPI”) which attracts individuals and firms who believe there is a better way, a better process, a better practice lying just ahead of us and that our past experiences and knowledge are merely a prelude to our finest hours in service to our clients.  It is the most affordable and easily accessible educational and training platform for advisors to HNW and UHNW clients.  PPI offers great value through our easily accessible educational content, programs, and training for financial advisors, estate planning attorneys, and other professionals and consultants serving families of wealth and families in business.
